Kay Koplovitz, Managing Partner

Kay Koplovitz is the founder, chairman and CEO of USA Networks (1977 –1998; sold for $4.5B). First female network president in television history. Co-founded Springboard Enterprises in 2000 and has served as its Chairman since inception. Former and current boards: General Re, Nabisco, Oracle, Instinet, CA Technologies, Kate Spade, Time Inc.

Amy Wildstein has 25 years of direct investment experience at The Blackstone Group, Morgan Stanley Capital Partners, Solera Capital and Boldcap Ventures. Has served on boards of public and private companies. Board member of the U-M Social Venture Fund, the Dean’s Advisory Board of the Ross School of Business, the Springboard National Advisory Board, and the NY Fashion Tech Lab Expert Network.

 

Lori Wachs, Executive in Residence

Lori Wachs is a consumer analyst and fund manager with over 25 years of benchmark-beating investment experience: oversaw investment of $4B at Delaware Investments; founded a women-led hedge fund, Cross Ledge Investments; risk arbitrage analyst at Goldman Sachs. Barbara Bush Foundation, Investment Committee; Trustees’ Council University of Pennsylvania Women, Vice Chair. Member of New York Fashion Tech Lab Expert Network.

 

John Minner, CFO

John has over a decade of experience as a Controller and CFO. In addition, he has ten years previous experience in public accounting.  Mr. Minner serves or has served as the CFO and/or Controller for funds including University Ventures, Pouschine Cook Capital, Golden Seeds, Earthrise Capital and Boldcap Ventures.  He is also finance consultant to ESG Healthcare.
